Note on participation fees only for communicators

 - Part of these fees is fixed and compulsory for all communicators.

 - Part of these fees is variable: it corresponds to the costs related to the holding of a face-to-face conference  and will be modulated according to the number of days of presence on site.

 * this rate includes the services of setting up online and potentially hybrid management

We would like to emphasize an important point: the registration has a commitment dimension. In other words, you agree to give your talk even if we cannot hold the conference in a face-to-face mode. Refunds will not be made in the event of your withdrawal.

The conference will be held in hybrid mode, but given the current health situation, we can accept only 50 persons per day.  Furthermore, we ask you to register before coming, if coming !
